Need Help Now

I have a RCA HDTV DLP 50 inch and when i turn it on theres a crackling sound and no picture and then turns right back off. What could it be???

probably a leaked or blown capacitor in the power supply. If you know how to replace one you can dismantle it and have a look. It would only cost £5 to fix. Or go to a tv repair shop and ask them to look. If it's under warranty RTM.
