Need help on getting wifi on my hp touchsmart 15 laptop

Help I'm connected to wifi but I'm not getting Internet connection. We tried resetting modem router, used ethernet cable, phone hot spot. And nothing seems to work.

If you see 169.254, then your DHCP server is not assigned the right IP address. Open cmd.exe again and type the following

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
