Here a photo of what it’s looking like I even got the CD ROM to try and reboot it as they said and still it’s still going back to this. I tried going through the boot manager but I only have 4 different things when you go to that menu and you can’t click on anything.

If you inserted the original installation disk and it won't boot off that either, then you may well have a failed hard drive. I would suggest having the laptop looked at by a tech or the manufacturer if it is still under warranty.
