Need help to find pics and videos on camcorder

i plugged in a camcorder and it installed it says that its working properly but i cant look at the videos and pictures that are on it i don't know were i need to look for it at i found it in devices and printers but all it shows when i click it is the properties of it thats all

Try the Camcorders manufacturer website. They may have software that needs to be downloaded & installed before you can view what's stored on the Camcorder.
