Solved! need help with buying a need pc

recently i have to do more and more photoshop/editing at school(im 14) so in looking for a laptop/pc that can handle that and be as cheap as possible, also it would be really nice if it would ve 2-in-1 like the surface go(doesnt have to, i realise desktops are cheaper). does anyone have any suggestions?

Look for an i7 6th Gen, but get good display.
Since you're not doing video editing you need to spend more on good display (color accurate), and better GPU *dont overkill*.

Any modern system past the very low end can run photoshop OK. Need to list a budget range to come up with any suggestions.
