Need help with Laptop!!!

Hey guys my laptop whenever turns off does like this weird flickering flashing of white colors. sometimes red. I can move the screen up or down and get it in a certain position and make it stop, I am wondering if I need a new laptop screen or maybe something is unplugged or any other things could be going on?

So, does this occur when you turn it on or off? Chances are that it's not the LCD, but rather the inverter. It's a common issue in most laptop brands and can be easily repaired with a new one. It won't cost you an arm and a leg. If you can stand it, you can just wait until it goes out to be sure.

It occurs when turning on and any time I move the screen it happens. I can move it so It can be playable in certain positions and it wont happen. Its weird.
