need help with my gallery photos

My pictures in my gallery are dated wrong how do I fix that

The phone uses the info it has to date images, at least ones taken with the phone. So your phone must have the correct date for this to work. However, that is only photos taken by/on that device. Photos taken elsewhere and put on the device, or other images also, will usually carry the date the file was created, the date it was last saved or the date it was moved onto the device. That info you really can't change.

Now in most cases the correct info (the date an image was taken or the date the file was created, is embedded in the images data, but that isn't something you could really easily get. You would need the right kind of software to get that info out and that would just tell you the info, not change the way the date shows on the device.

The only other option you could use, would be to include a date into the title of the photo/image. Then you can change any image to have the date you wish (in the title at least).
