Need help with my sony dvd player

I have a sony 5 disc dvd player and using a 13" SuperScan TV while my Samsung is getting fixed. My tv has the standard yellow for video white and red for audio with in and out left and right. My dvd player on the other hand has only video audio in for left and right red and white, sat audio in left and right red and white, my yellow cord is pluged in the video spot. I have picture but no sound. Above the video plug that my yellow cord is in is a spot that says S video(dvd only) and below the video plug says monitor out. It also has Y=green cord, PbCb=blue cord and PrCr=red with componet video out underneath. So how do i get sound if there is no audio out with red and white or at all on DVD?

Component video use 3 RCA plugs for video and 2 plugs for the audio, for a total of 5 cables.

Composite video use 1 RCA plug for video, and 2 plugs for the audio.

They are not interchangeable, but you maybe able to find a converter.

Ok so right now i have the yellow cord in the video plug on dvd and on the tv the yellow cord is pluged into the av and my red and white to audio in on tv. My tv also has plugs that say y which is green Cb which is blue and Cr which is red. On the dvd player can i plug the other red and white cable anywhere to make the sound work since the DVD player only has audio in and nowhere that says audio out
