Need help with photoshop

On the image

whenever i make a rectangle (no fill) using rectangle tool it creates it just the way i want it. But when i want to create another one the previous one is missing. So only the one selected will be shown, others wont. Do i need to create layers for each of them or just one for all rectangles or something else? Some help?

Rectangular marquee tool -> Draw -> Right Click -> Stroke.

I know about that one too but it is very hard to adjust the size of the rectangle, when i could simply type the size of the rectangle i want when creating it with rectangle tool

Ctrl + T - Free transform. Top Enter the values you desire. If you can't seem to free transform the image Ctrl + shift click the layer thumbnail and Ctrl + T

Of course adobe themselves provides a e-book regarding photoshop. I recommend going through it first. Helps you greatly

That is still the same thing, you just used the shortcut for the rectangular tool. I need to make this rectangle to be an image, it seems to be the only way for it not to disappear when i draw another one.

Yeah i'm a noobie but not that much, i know a few things just not this one because i never needed it before.

Um its not the same thing here are some screenshots. You can always convert it to a smart object later on if smart object is what you are looking for

It's okay i did it with rectangular tool and stroke instead marquee like you said. Thanks anyways.
