Need help with samsung laptop. No Power

I have a samsung series 3 laptop and the other day it just stopped charging. Now it wont turn on, no beeps no lights nothing. I checked the powercord and its getting the right voltage. I opened it up and tested the dc jack where it connects to the motherboard and it was gettin the same voltage (19v) any suggestions!?

Try removing the battery, plug it into the wall, and then turn it on. See if that works.

And if it helps any when I tested the dc plug where It connects to the motherboard there are four wires. 2 of them get the 19v and the other 2 get nothing. So im guessing 2 are power and 2 ground?
