In this price best GPU you can buy is gtx 1060 (6gb). CPU isn't important , because you won't find it paired with something that could bottleneck the GPU , most come with either 6700/7700hq (which the later isnt worth because of higher price and no improvement)
Make sure you buy the gtx1060 6gb model , besides 128 CU , you also get 3gb more ram (compared to gtx1060 3gb) and a games started even at 1080p to require more than 3gb , you would want to be bottlenecked by it.Also make sure they come with both SSD+HDD.
As for manufacturer its tricky to pick one.

Ah. I see what happened. You went with "Gaming Laptops" whereas I opted for "Laptops and Notebooks", which I mistakenly assumed included "Gaming Laptops".

Good catch and a much better selection.

1060(6gb) 1tbHDD&256gbSSD 16gb RGB.

If you are willing to go to 1650$ there is actually an this Acer with gtx 1070 (50% better than gtx1060), 16gb ram , 1tbhdd&256gbssd & RGB. 1379$

2) MSY :

1300$ is best pick coming with 16gb ram , 1tbHDD+256gbSSD and RGB (if you care for those) but it is 15.6inch.

I'd personally go either MSI 15.6' or Acer gtx1070.
