Need immediate help

My SANYO TV: a 22 inch TFT NUMUNE has a flashing on/off light. It requires the remote to be turned on, no power button. How can I turn the darn thing on? Please help if you can! Thanks heaps!

Try unplugging from the wall for 5 minutes and then plug it back in. Odd that there is no power switch?
If this doesn't work your TV may be a goner.

Thanks bud, but taking the plug out of the wall didn't work at all, so maybe its time to let it go.
