Need new ID# and Password

Purchased used Dell Computer a 2007 one. Can't get passed Security. They ask for my ID# and Password. Don't know old ID or password. I ned to know how to cancel old one and create a new one. Can you Help?

unfortunately on this forum we can't help you with this because there's no way for you to prove ownership of the system.

you will have to re-format the hard drive and re-install the operating system.
