Need number for phone

Have gallaxy luna pro 3 dont have phone number and will it actavate to horizon

The phone number comes with the SIM card. If you buy a SIM from Horizon, that's who you'll activate it through.

If you have a SIM card already in the phone, the number can be found if you tap the Apps square then go to Settings>More>About device>Status and you'll see My phone number.
