Does your phone have HDMI out?

If so you can hook it up to an external display to get to the contacts, then send them by bluetooth to another phone or email them.

Is there a way to hook up your phone to an external TV/monitor? A lot of newer Android phones have an HDMI port that you can use to hook up to a display. If you can, you can use your phone while hooked up to a display and back everything up to Gmail or something.

It depends what kind of phone you have. Most newer ones use a micro-HDMI port. If you're not so sure, I would actually find the specs for your phone online, or a user manual. It will usually state what kind of port you have.
