need photos and texts from dead LG phone for upcoming court date

Involved in messy child custody battle, my attorney needs me to retrieve photos and texts (EVIDENCE) from my old LG phone that will NOT power on. I'm running out of time and have exhausted all options I'm aware of. Any suggestions?

Try connecting the LG phone via a USB cable to your PC and then copying the files across perhaps?

You may need to get a new battery ... or borrow another charger if the old one is not working.
