Need room for apps on Lg Escape

I have an lg escape that I have had for two years. It came preloaded with all kinds of apps. i.e polaris office 4, twitter, video wiz, google playnewstand, google play books, google play movies and tv. I do not use any of these and I have only been able to install a couple of apps and then I get no storage notifications. I can't even update anything. I have to uninstall and then install to get an update on anything. Can I uninstall any of these apps to get more room or am I looking at getting another phone with more room?
This is the first smart phone I ever owned and I didn't know to check how much storage it had in it.
Please help.

You should clean your phone
First of all... you can delete all of these not needed apps. Download CleanMaster from GooglePlay. This app will clear your phone and the problem will be gone!
