Our church recently remodeled the interior and one of the things done was installing a 65' EP series
Planar monitor. It cost about $100 an inch. Needless to say since the Planar is basically an AIO pc we want to protect it. The problem? The architect put the electric outlet directly behind the monitor mount with no more than 3" of clearance. Since it take 3 or 4 people to move that puppy, pulling it off to install a UPS/SP is not really an option. Any suggestions? The SP will need to handle 1,000 joules minimum.
I'd just as soon punch a hole in the wall and mount another outlet in the closet behind the Planar. There's already a shelf there formed by the alcove that was installed by a blue-ray player.
