Need sprint unlock code note 8

I just want to sim and carrier unlock my note 8. Had sprint going on 3 years Bill paid and some how I don't qualify to have my phone unlock

"3 years"? The note 8 hasn't been available for 3 years so when you got it you either went under a new contract or financed it(payment is part of the bill) and still owe a balance on the phone so you'll need to either pay an ETF or the remaining balance. To find out which you'll need to contact a Sprint representative. We can't do it for you.
