Enjoyed the article, it led me to purchase a 1 year subscription - unfortunately Net Nanny has some issue with Snapchat on the iPhone that makes it unusable, and Net Nanny tech support hasn't had a solution for that particular issue for at least a month. (They provided some troubleshooting steps that didn't resolve it, and they seemed to already know about the problem.) We canceled our subscription and will look for something else. Too bad because the other features were good, and we really liked how it managed Windows laptops.

Good article and a key reason I purchased Net Nanny. Only, after purchasing I found the 'link', on their Install Guide, to install Nanny on childs Android device showed Item Not Found when tapped.

Chatted to their support who said Android not currently supported! Maybe will be later this year.
As my child only has a phone I asked for a refund. No quibble, Says i will see refund in next couple of weeks.

So, if you have any Android devices needing protecting steer clear of Net Nanny ☹️ for now. If refund does happen good on them for that. If it doesn't, Toms Guide will be first to know lol
