net not working

hi, I got a huge problem can anyone help me please?
I moved cables from router to connect them to pc then moved them back to the router.
Then my phone had internet and signal but by tablet said was connected but didn't had internet even though it was saying the signal is strong.
Reading around the internet then i edited the wifi settings( it is a pppoe type and router is from Secutech). Now everything stopped working there's no more internet on the router.
How to fix please?
p.s. I really hope someone can help me soon as data will end soon and probably won't be able get it again also the support service on call is horrible here and won't do anything so I'm not relying on that

sure, here how's the screen shows itself,
I deleted the net from the tablet and then when I go to re-add it this is what is showed.
the data I inputted in pppoe fields are admin to both and then on bottom the password of the router

Open your browser and in the URL bar, type
192.168.0.1
then hit the enter key. If that doesn't send you to the router's settings, see if the address and password are printed on the router.

NOTE - the password into the settings pages is not the wi-fi security code.

little update: looks like it's working now...
but it seems it connects just one device at the same time if I connect another it will have no internet
