For the record, I am not one of the 'crappy' customers as shqtth puts it.
I've been staring at the same disc at my house for weeks now, so why pay another $10 a month for one new disc per month. With DVR, my Roku (with HBOgo also), on demand services of hbo, showtime, starz, encore, IFC there is literally no way to watch it all...

As you can see it is much worse than Canada in UK so consider yourself lucky. I have been subscribed for 4 months now and can literally count up the added material on one hand. When I say new material it's mostly ancient films and some docs nobody has heard of.. The service sucks but I'm hanging on in the hopes that one day they add star trek or something to make it worth my while.. Come on Netflix!!!

I think Netflix is a pretty neat service for the price you have to pay per month..I really don't mind about that too much; plus, I use the service together with this audials soft which allows me to record movies and tvshows and make dvds (http/audials.com/en/how_to_record_stream_capture_music_videos_movies_from/netflix.html), so as far as I am concerned, I am a happy customer, even though I wouldn't mind finding more recent content.
