Question Netflix Error NW-2-5 on Sony Smart TV

My netflix shows the error code nw-2-5. My internet is working, everything else works just not netflix. I've tried everything including the BT parental fix.

Just to check, does Netflix work on other devices, just not on the TV? Is there maybe an update to the TV that is available to run?
