If you are still experiencing this problem even after a year of reinstalling windows and bloatware, I would talk with an Asus representative and see if they can help. If they say that you need to return the device, I would do it assuming it is still under warranty. If it is not then try doing a clean install which only put the basic things from microsoft and uninstall anything you dont need. Then use the machine without wifi to see if the problem occurs. Make sure that there is no update to any of the software. This will tell you if it is windows 10 messing up your system or if you have got a bad unit from Asus.
