Solved! NEW Gaming Laptop CPU getting HOT whilst gaming(92 degrees)

Hi,

Ive recently purchased a new gaming laptop (december 2020) -

CPU Specs : Intel Core i7 10750H processor
2.6/5ghz

GPU: RTX 2070 8gb

(it does have the coolboost and fan control options, but still runs warm)


should i worry about these temps?

i currently use laptop on a hard surface and tend to stop gaming for a while to allow temps to go back down.

playing games like fortnite and csgo the temps stay between 88-93 degrees.

thanks for the response.

i understand that the max temp is 100. but surely a good spec, up to date gaming laptop shouldlt be hitting temps in the 90s for such basic games?
