Hello guys,
I bought a 'custom' laptop using CyberpowerPC's for $2400 after discounts (specs listed below) The laptop hasn't arrived and I have until the June 2nd to return it if it is shipped.
The 1070 and 1080 were announced just now and come out at the end of this month. They are advertising the 1080's performance "up to double of a 980 and 980Ti, less power consumption, faster than SLI 980s, better cooling, and better pricing than a current Ti! Meanwhile a 1070 seems to have about the same specs of a 980 at 200 dollars less! The real specs are listed below.
Should I call in and cancel or stay with this build? I am leaning towards doing so but want your opinion on this. I can definitely wait for the card to come out. I'm sure Cyberpower and other companies will be offering this card for laptops. I'm just wondering if it's worth being a d*** over. Maybe I am too harsh on myself.
