New Harddrive Problems

Hi, I just bought a new HDD for my laptop. I used to have 2 SSD’s in there, but I realized that with a HDD I would be able to play much more games. So I replaced the ssd, then started to game a little. There is something about my new HDD that constantly makes my laptop freeze/crash, and it’s getting very frustrating. What is wrong with it?
