Hi, I bought a brand new HP Pavilion 15-P214NP less than 2 weeks ago. Since then, for few times (so it happens only once for a few days, sometimes 2 times a day, but never 2 or more flashes followed), the screen randomly turns black for 1 or 2 seconds and immediatly displays everything again. There's no error message every time this happens.
I dont think it's malware problems because I have Avast installed and I don't install software or visit webpages that can be considered suspicious.
I would like to have some help figuring out want can be causing this since the computer is new.
