New laptop no drive

I just got a new laptop of Craigslist and it didn't come with a disk drive. How do I get the drivers and software to run the pic? Can I got to the manufacturers website and download them from there? I already have a copy of windows 8.1 I just need all of the other drivers.

By 'no disk drive', you mean no DVD?
Go to Lenovo, download all the relevant drivers, and put them on a USB stick.

Make sure the correct operating system is selected.

Download Windows 8.1 ISO from here
Make sure it is the correct version as well.
You can install it from a USB flash drive.
