New Laptop Running SLOW

I just bought a brand new laptop.

ACER ASPIRE R3
MODEL: N15W5

Ever since I've turned it on, its been acting up..
Everything runs super slow & it always seems to crash on me.
I need help. what do I do ?

Try removing bloatware.

Try customer service / send the laptop back.

Keep in mind that laptop is the lowest of low end laptops, super slow is expected.
