New laptop to buy

Hello everyone!
I want to buy a new laptop , which I will use also for gaming(not extreme games like crysis 3 , just skyrim and witcher 2 )
I searched for a while and found 2 laptops that might suit for my needs and I wanted your opinion.
1st laptop Sony Vaio SVE1713R1EB
With CPU : Intel Core i5 3230M 2.60GHz
RAM : 4 GB DDR3
Graphic card: AMD Radeon 7650M 1024MB
Hard disk: SATA 750 GB 5400 rpm
Screen : 17.3"
USB 2.0 x2
USB 3.0 x1

both have HDMI etc
So what do you think? Propose also other laptops too if you want
also I find disturbing the fact that Sony Vaio has 2 years guarantee and the
Turbo-x has 1 year gurantee . (and as I said bewfore turbo-x is made plaisio)

Actually, I kept searching and found another laptop
Asus
Intel i5 3317U at 2.6 Ghz
4GB Ram
and Nvidia GF GT 740M 2GB ]
at much lower price, 630€
