Hello,
I would remove bullgaurd from your system because it takes up a lot of cpu power and ram, I would go for a free lightweight antivirus like avast becuase that is low in cpu power and ram, I would of recommend AVG but in the last 2 years they have made the antivirus run trough ram and cpu,
