Solved! New Oneplus 5T's selling on Amazon, but...

... is buying one too risky. Even though the 5T is rated 4.5 on Amazon, most of 1-star ratings say that after some months (all under a year) the phone completely died...like 10% of all reviews! I am unable to replicate this info through web searches, nor in my search here.
The ones for sale on Amazon (imported by Buyerush) have no warranty, though Amazon sells one for $89. Does anybody know about this defect problem, any opinion on the risks of buying? (I've never bought a phone warranty...)

Personally, I never buy a phone without some form of warranty. It just isn't worth it with how they are made anymore. So should you choose to do it, make sure you get it with a warranty.
