New ssd installation gone wrong

I bought a new samsung ssd and used the data migration software. I turned off my computer in the middle of the process. Now the laptop boots to some blue screen and the only option i have left is to turn off.

I have removed the ssd and windows started fresh (factory reset i guess).
And the windows started

Now i put the ssd again and the same blue screen appears.

Please help me. How do i format the ssd now?
I see the only boot options r wimdows boot manager ipv4 ipv6 and ssd

download this and make a USB

remove working drive
put in ssd
boot PC using dban and let it wipe ssd
once its clear, then you can put hdd back in and try to migrate the data again, and try not to turn it off until its finished

I had to do a fresh install again. I wiped the c drive of the hdd hoping the laptop would boot from ssd (stupid idea) . And now everything works fine. My games were not deleted as they r on another partition. I had to reinstall a few softwares though.
