new toshiba satellite shuts off and restarts while gaming

brand new laptop shuts itself off and restarts while gaming. It's a Toshiba satellite that's meant for gaming. It shuts down while playing low graphics games or high graphics games. It also shuts down while playing web browser games. It doesn't shut down any other time. It's not overheating, ran temp monitor last time it couple times it cut off. Please help.

Please do try to update your graphics card. first.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Download and install the latest graphics driver from the manufacturers website.
- Once installed reboot the laptop.
- After the reboot if you're using either AMD or NVIDIA open it's Control Panel by right clicking on your desktop and it show up.
- Make sure that your graphics card is set to use the dedicated card that it came with if it does.

I did this, but the same thing keeps happening.
