Nintendo 64 on HDTV - Converting analog to digital - HELP!

Got this product from amazon to connect my nintendo 64 to my element 40' tv

I hooked everything up but nothing comes to my tv!
please help. This is quite frustrating

There is a switch on the side of the unit for 720p or 1080p. Try the other position. Also try another HDMI cable, try another input on the TV, and another TV. At that point it may not be working.
