No Audio output

I have an LG 5600 TV 47" (new 2015). Just wanna hook up to stero HOW? HELP! There were no audio output/s when purchased. Presently not worried 'bout 5.1. I just need to connect stereo.

lg5600 the tv or the phone? assuming you meant tv. what inputs/outputs does it have?
which stereo system specifically? what inputs/outputs does it have?

are you expecting 5.1 or just stereo sound?

Your TV has optical audio output so if this isn't compatible with your audio system you will need a DAC like this one

and toslink optical and stereo RCA audio cables.
This is not controlled by the TV volume control so you will have to control volume from the stereo.
