Question No Bios

I have no Bios to factory reset. What can I do? I tried everything and I can't get into my laptop.

I turn it on and I get a black screen that pops up with no bootable devises.. held down 0

Ok my old man told me he used the start menu to reset the laptop and when it loaded back up the boot option was gone. Don't know what happened.

Something seems off here. If you go to "Start" and use "System Restore" then it should restore the computer to a point you chose. If you go into the system to do a complete restore (wipe everything, etc.) this shouldn't remove the BIOS. There is something missing here.

Yes I've done it with other laptops. Now this one is stuck on the Toshiba screen.

It's not the Bios. I have no boot menu

Any device (computer, tablet, phone) should be able to log onto that site. It isn't a program you download. It is just a site for hosting images (for free).

The information you sent shows a BIOS listed in the first image. So I do not understand why you believe there is no BIOS.

Why was someone trying to run a restore?

I said in the message before that I have Bios and no boot mode. It was my mistake, and it was a used laptop.
