No bootable device

so I just took the back of my laptop so i could find where the ram is and what my currently memory capability is because i'm thinking of upgrading it to something better. After i put it back together and started it up it says No Bootable device. The model is Acer Aspire V3-575-72zk if anyone can help me with this that would be great.

Did you take out the battery?
Anyway get into bios and check if your drive shows up,if it does set it as the boot drive again.
