The pc cannot start , I tried to reset but that is also not happening

Sounds like your hard drive either could be disconnected, or it is damaged and no longer working. Unless you messed with your BIOS prior to this, then you may well have changed the computer to not boot from the drive first. If this is the case, you need to put it back as the main boot device.
