no bootable drive

I have a brand new toshiba satellite E45W-C4200X that when i turn it on it says "no boot able disk drive". What do I do? And I am locked out of the BIOS system because I forgot the password, please help!

Find the CMOS battery inside your laptop, a coin sized battery, remove it and wait for a minute and put it back. This will reset the BIOS password.

This is because loose connection of your HDD make sure the Hard disk is properly connected.
