No content store

I have an LG32LK510BPLD TV. Only bought it last week, but it doesn't have the LG content store app like my other tv's. It has some apps already installed, but not the one I want to be able to switch it to developer mode. Please can anyone help?

It's not a smart TV. So no content store and no developer mode. Just some basic apps and that's it.
