Visio 65 inch tv. Remote doesn’t work and button on tv don’t work

So you can't get the TV to turn on at all?
Check that the AC outlet it's plugged into is working.
If the set is under warranty then contact Visio.
If it isn't under warranty and you want do a DIY fix you can try
