Nothing has a crack-proof screen. (Just look at the major cities in America; their screens to keep crack out have proven to be useless.)

Some portable electronic devices, however, are being made with glass screens that have resistance to scratches and cracks that is much better than that of plain glass. Some are designed with bodies that help protect the screen from hitting a flat surface, or taking the stress if the phone falls and lands on a corner. And then there are cases like the OtterBox.

A lot of progress has been made in making the "glass" more resistant to damage, but there is not yet anything damage-proof. I suspect that flexible screens, as are being used with OLED displays, will be much less likely to crack since they...
