My place of business receives 15-20 packages daily, and ships out 5-9 packages daily. We generally get our morning delivery around 11.00 AM. We have a new route driver and yesterday no truck delivered AT ALL to our business park, nor did they pick up. I do not have any specific tracking numbers from our vendors, and don't think that I should have to provide them to UPS to ask them "where is our driver and when will he be here?" I'm under the impression that the clipboards the drivers use give a pretty detailed report of where they are at all times. Unfortunately, missing 2 days of shipments to some of our customers will cost us a substantial amount of money. What remedy is available to me?
