No display appearing PC

I went to factory reset my pc and then it kept looping the boot screen so I reset the battery and now no display will show up at all. I usually use an hdmi but i hooked up the regular plug in thing to see if it worked with that as well but it did not. I tried the whole switching the ram and nothing happened with that.

using onboard video or videocard?

does it have onboard video also because if so then the onboard is now the default video especially if you added the videocard after getting the computer?
