So, I currently have a linux 64 bit computer, and am looking for the amd latest drivers. However, when I go to the AMD drivers download section, and try manual configuration, I start like so:
APU (Accelerated Processors) >>
Mobile APU (Accelerated Processors) >>
???

There is no option for my a8 4500m

Thus, I think that I am a generation behind, and that I am no longer supported. Is there any way that I can get newer drivers? I just did a fresh reinstall of linux because of my new 120GB SSD...

Solution

If your laptop is related to that series then yes
Hope this helps

Doesn't look like any way since its not listed in the manual selection. Thats why I prefer Intel over AMD
