No drives on laptop but C-acer windows 10-cannot download any apps

I just purchased Acer laptop windows 10--used-It only has drive C and labels says it has 1TB -if I try to download any apps it will not let me due to I need to clean up storage! There not not any apps on here but Acer apps. Someone please help!!!!

For any "used" system, your first move needs to be a full wipe and reinstall of the OS.
This verifies the hardware, and erases any weird stuff the previous user(s) may have in there.

Full wipe and reinstall. No exceptions.
