Not specifically, BUT something like an old projection TV where there were three color projectors would be a different problem and wouldn't probably be worth fixing.

If you are watching football (US or European) what does the field look like? Completely black, or gray, or something else?

Brown and black , reddish brown ,gardens look surreal - is there a component that can be replaced ? or would the work cost as much as a new tv? If i had known it was made in Slovenia , i may have chosen a more well known make. Prbably Japanese;

32 inch TVs are becoming disposable.

BUT, here are a few things -- nothing to lose -- There may be a "service" mode that can help you with diagnosis

You didn't list the exact model -- what I would recommend is google "Technika <XYZ> tv service mode" where XYZ is your model

Are you using a component input? If so it is just one of your cords is loose.
