Solved! No longer have .phone or email I set up for facebook, cannot sign in

Lost my phone which hadpasswords saved. This is second time and now I am locked out of TWO Facebook accounts and all my gmail accounts. NO I did not keep the same number because I thought maybe .... doesn't matter. Any other solution?

for the next account, try remember your password, don't change both email and phone# at the same time so you can update them
